The Solution

SubTrack, a subscription intelligence platform that does the tracking automatically:

  • Mailbox intelligence — connects through Microsoft Graph to detect subscription receipts and renewal notices automatically
  • Centralized subscription database — every recurring charge organized in Airtable with cost, owner, and renewal date
  • Savings identification — unused, duplicate, and overpriced subscriptions surfaced for review
  • Always on — deployed on Railway, monitoring continuously instead of waiting for a quarterly cleanup

How It Was Built

Designed and developed with Claude AI and Windsurf, integrated with Microsoft Graph for mailbox access and Airtable as the data layer, and deployed on Railway. A production system in daily use — not a mock-up or a concept.
